SAP CS&D - Customer Success & Delivery is the SAP entity responsible for maximizing the value of our solutions for our customers. Our mission is primarily focused on SAP software innovations (Cloud/SaaS offerings, vertical solutions) and aims to ensure the successful first implementations of our most strategic products. * Manages highly complex and high-stakes operations that integrate multiple dimensions (consulting, software development, ERP integration, application maintenance, change management, etc.) in a distributed delivery model (service centers, nearshore, offshore…).
* Acts as the main point of contact for the client at the highest level, ensuring SAP's commitments and customer satisfaction while adhering to SAP's business model.
* Manages project commitments (cost, timeline, quality, risks…), leads multi-disciplinary teams (+/- 100 people) and partners throughout the project lifecycle, and contributes to business development within the account.
