DESCRIPTION :
FOH® Europe B.V is seeking an Sales Manager to join our Sales Team for the EMEA region. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets for France. The Sales Manager supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to growth for the French region., * Actively works with the Sales Director, EMEA & APAC in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the country
* Identifies and acquires new clients to drive revenue growth
* Explores growth opportunities and expands market presence through targeted initiatives
* Presents and promotes the company's products or services to prospective and existing end users
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
* Meets and exceeds sales targets set by management, while maintaining their annual expense budgets
* Develops, negotiates, implements and measures hotel chain programs
* Utilizes CRM tool to drive customer retention and to optimize sales opportunities
* Works collaboratively with Sales & Customer Service team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
* Successfully transforms strategies into tactical and measurable action plans
* Consistently engages in regional analyses for future needs identification
* Provides regular activity reports to the head office
* Participates in sales meetings and strategy sessions
* Implements and executes large-scale projects from start to finish, using project management skills
* Prepares monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfalls
* Actively participates in regional/national trade shows
* Actively participates and engages during all one-on-one and group meetings
* Participates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requested
* Promotes our FOH® Culture through action and leadership
