DESCRIPTION :
To support our commercial expansion in the France & Benelux region, we are seeking a Business Development Manager with a passion for science and innovation. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will actively contribute to expanding our client portfolio in France & Benelux area.
Your missions
* Lead prospecting activities: Identify and engage potential clients within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic sectors across France & Benelux
* Market research & lead generation: Perform in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers
* Sales in collaboration with teams: Work closely with technical, scientific, and commercial teams to set up customized scientific proposals that meet client needs.
* Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
* Attend industry events: Represent Novalix and promote its services at key conferences, trade shows, and partnering events to identify new prospects and raise awareness of Novalix's capabilities
* CRM management: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate data on prospect status, follow-ups, and progress reports
