Our Water Technology Business has an exciting opportunity available for a Field Service Representative. The Field Service Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of water treatment plant commissioning, installation, and optimization, serving as a key interface between design engineering, construction teams, control systems, and customers. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design & Engineering Support

• Participate in Model Reviews, Engineering Design Meetings, and Safety in Design reviews
• Ensure accessibility, maintenance, and operability of process equipment
• Define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to improve operations and determine design viability
• Apply water treatment chemistry calculations, plane geometry, and engineering principles to troubleshooting and problem resolution

Construction & Installation Management

• Serve as construction liaison between design engineering and construction teams during Water Treatment Plant erection
• Identify and correct equipment alignment issues and plumb adjustment figures during installation
• Manage activities of outside vendors and suppliers, ensuring services and supplies meet project specifications and performance requirements
• Maintain strong safety mindset to ensure executed work reflects technical requirements within company safety standards

Commissioning & Control Systems

• Commission Water Treatment Plants by ensuring process equipment and control systems perform per specifications
• Perform control system factory acceptance tests with clients and client-designated representatives
• Perform specific PLC/HMI activities including Control System IO Checkout, system networking, program upload/download, understanding ladder logic and function blocks, troubleshooting code, and writing simple logic

Training & Technical Support

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and log sheets to document and monitor equipment operation
• Develop and execute classroom and hands-on training regarding operation and maintenance of process equipment
• Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer sites
• Deliver effective presentations to customers, clients, and internal teams

After-Market Services & Documentation

• Perform after-market services including site inspections, equipment inspections, and operator training
• Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and reference for future outages
• Apply mathematical operations to budget analysis and Time & Material (T&M) contract cost monitoring
• Manage quality data for accuracy and report generation

Education & Experience

Required:

• Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited university ,  college or has completed received a technical certification from a accredited program, or 5 + years of experience in water treatment/wastewater  
• Experience in commissioning, construction, or field services
• Mechanical experience and know-how (hands-on, reading and interpreting drawings, etc.), particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
• Electrical experience and know-how (hands-on, reading and interpreting drawings, etc.), particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment
• Training in lock-out/tag-out procedures

Preferred:

• Technical Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment field
• Comprehensive knowledge of structural, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, piping, welding specifications, and civil engineering notations
• Expert knowledge of water treatment systems and technologies including Ultrafiltration Systems, Membrane Bio Reactors, and Separation Technologies
• Demonstrated ability to perform equipment startup, commissioning, and process optimization
• Ability to quickly adapt to new problems, clients, and situations
• Project management skills
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodology experience

Nous recrutons à partir de septembre un(e) Chargé(e) de mission Gestion de crise et continuité d’activité en contrat d'alternance pour une durée de 24 mois sur notre site de Pau. Au sein du Département Sûreté et rattaché(e) au Responsable de l’entité, vous participez activement au Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO) du Système de Management de la Continuité d'Activité (SMCA) et à la prévention des crises dans un contexte de renforcement des exigences réglementaires.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

• Mener les campagnes d'interviews auprès des directions métiers, identifier les processus et ressources critiques (IT, RH, infrastructures, prestataires) ainsi que les objectifs temporels de reprise (DMIA/RTO, PDMA/RPO), puis faire approuver et ajuster les stratégies de continuité.

• Administrer et faire évoluer la documentation opérationnelle du SMCA (plans de continuité d'activité, fiches réflexes, annuaires de crise, procédures) pour en garantir l'utilité continue et la conformité avec la réglementation et les bonnes pratiques de la norme ISO 22301.

• Veiller à l'alignement des dispositifs de continuité d'activité au sein de Teréga et s'assurer, en lien avec les prescripteurs et le Département Achats, du respect des dispositions requises chez les fournisseurs.

• Concevoir et participer à des simulations, gérer l'outillage et la salle de crise, puis contribuer aux retours d'expérience (REX) et plans d'actions associées pour inscrire la démarche dans l'amélioration continue.

• Élaborer et mettre à jour les supports d'information pour développer la culture de la résilience auprès de l'ensemble des collaborateurs.

Summary

The role sits within Veolia’s broader DB&T (Digital, Business & Technology) function but is dedicated to the Regulated business line, aligning technology strategy, investments, and operations to that division’s P&L, customers, and regulatory obligations.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

1. IT strategy and business alignment

• Own the division-specific IT/digital strategy and roadmap, aligned with Veolia North America’s global DB&T strategy and the Regulated business plan.
• Translate business priorities (e.g., regulatory mandates, capex delivery) into technology initiatives and investment cases.
• Define the target operating model for IT within the division (roles, governance, decision rights, ways of working with central IT and shared services).

2. Application portfolio and enterprise systems

• Oversee enterprise applications critical to regulated operations, customer and finance, typically including ERP, field service/maintenance systems, billing/CRM, and asset management.
• Drive standardization and de‑customization of systems across utilities to reduce cost and complexity while meeting local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure application performance, availability, and lifecycle management (upgrades, patches, sunset decisions) for systems used by plant operators, field crews, customer service, and finance.

3. Digital and customer experience for customers

• Lead digital CX strategy for regulated customers, including self‑service portals, mobile apps, outage/quality notifications, and digital engagement tools.
• Map customer journeys (residential, commercial, and other stakeholders) and prioritize digital enhancements that improve satisfaction, reduce call volume, and support performance metrics.

4. Convergence with operational technology

• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Safety to integrate IT and OT (SCADA, PLCs, telemetry, sensors) in a secure, governed manner.
• Prioritize use cases such as predictive maintenance, leak detection, energy optimization at treatment plants, and real‑time water quality monitoring enabled by data platforms and analytics.
• Ensure change management, vendor management, and cybersecurity controls for environments align with corporate policies and water-sector regulations.

5. Cybersecurity, risk, and compliance

• Own the division’s IT risk profile and ensure implementation of cybersecurity standards, incident response, and resilience plans specific to water utilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., state/federal water regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy requirements) as they intersect with IT and data systems.
• Coordinate with corporate security, legal, and risk functions on audits, assessments, and remediation plans for water and wastewater systems.

6. Data, analytics, and AI for water operations

• Oversee the division’s data strategy, including data governance, master data, and integration across operational, customer, and financial systems.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI use cases: demand forecasting, non‑revenue water reduction, energy optimization, asset health scoring, and customer segmentation.
• Partner with central data/AI teams to industrialize models and embed them into daily operations and decision-making.

7. Budget, vendors, and portfolio management

• Manage the division’s IT budget, including run/grow/transform spend, business cases, and ROI tracking for technology initiatives.
• Lead vendor strategy and contract management for key suppliers (enterprise software, telecom, cloud, system integrators).
• Govern the project and program portfolio: prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, track delivery, benefits realization, and escalation of risks/issues.

8. Leadership, governance, and change management

• Lead a cross‑functional IT/digital team supporting the division (application managers, solution architects, project managers, business analysts, possibly embedded IT in regions).
• Participate in Veolia North America’s executive and DB&T governance forums, representing Regulated Utility needs and ensuring alignment with group strategy.
• Drive enterprise change management: training, communications, adoption plans for new systems and digital ways of working across operations, customer service, and finance.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, application development/implementation, and technical operations ensuring alignment with corporate standards and security policies.
• Establish governance framework for project portfolio management, performance metrics, and risk/compliance requirements.

Education/Experience/Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

- Assurer la coordination des collaborateurs ATALIAN, des fournisseurs et sous-traitants pour l'exécution des services délivrées sur le site (Maintenance multi-technique, propreté) conformément aux exigences contractuelles

- Être le point d’entrée unique et nouer une relation partenariale de confiance avec les interlocuteurs client

- Piloter, mesurer et reporter la performance des services délivrés et assurer leur conformité avec les niveaux de services attendus par le client

- Mettre en place et piloter les points périodiques de rencontre avec le client ainsi que le reporting

- Développer le contrat en étant force de proposition auprès du client sur la mise en place de nouveaux services

- Suivre les plans de progrès et d’améliorations

- Maitriser les risques inhérents aux prestations

- Participer activement à la levée des années optionnelles ainsi que le renouvellement du contrat à son arrivée à échéance

- S’assurer du respect des politiques et processus du groupe ATALIAN (processus métiers, achats…)

- Gestion des contrats de prestations de services vendus

Vous serez amener à travailler du lundi au samedi

- Expérience en multi-technique nécessaire ainsi que des connaissances des domaines techniques du bâtiment (électricité, climatisation, électromécanique) et de la sécurité.

Maîtrisez les outils de gestion technique de bâtiment : GMAO, GTB, GTC

- Vous avez su démontrer votre capacité à fournir un service client efficace dans une démarche d'excellence opérationnelle tout en maintenant les marges d'exploitation visées.

· Capacité à piloter les sites qui sont sous votre responsabilité par l’analyse des données

· Grand sens de l’organisation, doté d'excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et capable de hiérarchiser la charge de travail

· Esprit d'équipe, motivé et orienté vers les résultats, avec un bon savoir-être et la capacité de communiquer à tous les niveaux

· La maitrise de Microsoft Office et Salesforce est vivement souhaitée

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Contrôler, tester, aider à installer et réparer les équipements des bâtiments, ainsi que proposer des améliorations ;

- S’assurer du respect des consignes de santé et de sécurité ;

- Exécuter ou prescrire des tâches d’entretien général, notamment l’aménagement paysager, la peinture et la menuiserie ;

- Résoudre les problèmes et établir des diagnostics selon des plans, schémas, notices constructeurs et dossiers techniques, qu’il connaît parfaitement ;

- Assurer l’entretien des équipements et réaliser la maintenance préventive ;

- Tenir à jour et compléter la documentation relative aux systèmes de sécurité et aux procédures de maintenance ;

- Intervenir rapidement en cas d’urgence, alerter le personnel approprié et suivre le protocole de sécurité. 
 

Issu(e) d'une formation en Maintenance, CVC, Electricité ou d'une formation équivalente , vous justifiez d'une expérience sur un poste similaire d'au moins 1 an.

Vos principales missions :

• Accompagner les client·e·s durant le processus de certification (traitement des appels, réponses, ...)

• Planifier les audits des prospect·e·s et client·e·s,

• Assurer la gestion administrative des client·e·s et la traçabilité de l'activité (saisie informatique, factures...),

Après une formation sur vos prestations et à vos missions, vous deviendrez un·e professionnel·le autonome et reconnu·e sur ce domaine et sur les prestations gérées dans votre portefeuille.

Profil :

De formation supérieure Bac +2/+3 en relation client ou gestion des entreprises et administration, vous avez acquis une première expérience significative de la relation client en gérant intégralement des portefeuilles client·e·s, idéalement dans des entreprises de services.

Efficace et organisé·e, vous aimez les challenges et travailler en équipe. Votre rigueur, votre écoute et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettent d’accompagner, de fidéliser le·la client·e mais également de travailler en équipe avec différents interlocuteur·rice·s internes.

Sur ce poste de Technicien de maintenance multitechnique H/F expérimenté, vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

• Effectuer les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative

• Réaliser des chiffrages de petits travaux

• Utiliser les outils de gestion technique du site (GMAO, GTB, GTC …)

• Assurer les reportings et préparer les rapports mensuels d'activités

• Suivre les opérations de maintenance sous traitées

• Conseiller les clients sur tous les besoins techniques d’exploitation courante

• Participer à l’optimisation de l’ensemble de la maintenance 

• Garantir de bonnes relations avec les entreprises extérieures

• Participer à l’amélioration du rendement et de l'efficacité des équipements 

Le poste étant en itinérance, le permis de conduire est indispensable.

Issu(e) d'une formation dans le domaine de la maintenance (CVC , électricité) ou d'une formation équivalente, vous justifiez d'une expérience sur un poste similaire d'au moins 5 ans avec des missions en maintenance multitechnique de bâtiment tertiaire en itinérance et de solides compétences en électricité et CVC.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de la ponctualité, votre sens du service, votre autonomie ainsi que votre réactivité face aux urgences techniques.
