DESCRIPTION :
The Group Total Rewards team is responsible for designing, managing, and administering global compensation and benefit programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
This high-impact role focuses specifically on Executive Compensation and Long-Term Incentives (LTI) for the Group's Top Management. This position ensures governance, competitive positioning, and strict regulatory compliance globally.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Reporting to the VP Group Total Rewards & International Mobility, you will be in charge of, * Manage the annual Bonus Plan cycle for Executives: issue and population of individual scorecards, change-of-role adjustments, assessment of attainment percentage, coordination of payout management.
* Preparation of the annual WTW Executives France compensation survey and review of market benchmarks to support annual salary review and change-of-role proposals for Executives.
* Oversee the administration of Top France Executives pension plans , including eligibility, contribution calculation, and payment coordination with payroll and SwissLife., * LTI Grant Cycle: Elaborate the LTI budget and distribution guidelines , Manage the nomination campaign , conduct analytics, and provide recommendations for corrections/adjustments, manage the acceptance campaign through MyHR and coordinate the creation of LTI rights with the Shareholders service.
* LTI Vesting: Execute the complex, annual Time Spent calculation for tax compliance and prepare data for the reinvoicing of LTI vested shares to entities with Finance., * Manage the governance process, including presenting the LTI campaign for the Remuneration Committee and securing Board of Directors approval (September).
* Redact and fill in data for the Universal Registration Document (URD) (December March) on LTI grants and vesting in particular.
* Contribute to CSRD reporting requirements, specifically focusing on adequate/living wage analysis from a Total Rewards viewpoint.
* Prepare specific one-pager notes for the President to support the annual General Meeting preparations.
