DESCRIPTION :
We are currently seeking an Agile Coach, reporting directly to Manager, Change Management - Digiteam to join our Digiteam, Change Management department, based in Nanterre, France., As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for deploying the Agile ACE Framework across Technip. ACE is a comprehensive framework integrating Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, and elements of SAFe to enhance agility and operational efficiency. Your role will be to support teams, leaders, and Business Owners in adopting and mastering this framework.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Digiteam to build an Agile culture that fosters collaboration, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery. Your ability to adapt your coaching posture based on the context and individuals will be crucial to success. Leveraging the coaching square approach (Directive, Facilitative, Teaching, and Mentoring), you will guide teams towards Agile maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the adoption of the Agile ACE framework by coaching teams, leadership, and business Owners.
Mentor and develop Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enhance Agile leadership across the organization.
Assess and improve Agile practices through hands-on coaching, focusing on continuous delivery, customer-centricity, and lean principles.
Support cultural and mindset shifts necessary for Agile transformation within Technip.
Facilitate alignment between business objectives and Agile execution, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and value-driven outcomes.
Leverage Agile metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and drive data-informed improvements.
Promote a servant-leadership mindset and coach teams in self-organization and problem-solving.
