DESCRIPTION :
* Draft specifications for subcontractors to conduct studies, with the support of internal experts, and obtain quotes.
* Initiate and establish service contracts (in collaboration with the legal department), draft technical requirements, and supervise subcontracted studies.
* Prepare tender documents in line with internal procurement procedures, participate in the selection of subcontractors, and, if necessary, organize, support, and participate in CRO audits.
* Monitor and coordinate the progress of work to ensure technical compliance (with internal expert support), on-time delivery, quality, and cost control. Ensure logistical and operational consistency.
* Proactively manage subcontractor performance, identify and anticipate risks, raise alerts, and implement corrective actions.
* Promote R&D objectives with business partners (Legal, Purchasing, etc.) to address quality, efficiency, cost, and timeline challenges. Contribute to operational excellence by implementing seamless and agile joint processes.
* Play a proactive role in continuous process improvement, always in close collaboration with experts and business partners.
* Share best practices internally and externally, and create synergies.
