Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge at ALSTOM? We are looking for a Support & Deployment Engineer (F/H) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of HealthHub, an innovative solution dedicated to the supervision of maintenance for train fleets and signaling systems. Based in Villeurbanne (69), this position is crucial in a context where we are deploying our expertise across more than a hundred projects worldwide. Your primary mission will be to strengthen our current support and deployment team to meet the growing demand for software support.
Your future role:
In this engaging position, you will join a dynamic team in Villeurbanne (currently 6 people in the HealthHub Support team) while collaborating with remote teams within our subsidiary based in Bangalore, India. You will be the key contact to provide essential support to our clients, ranging from reliability growth teams to railway depot teams, after-sales service, fleet control centers, and external clients, both nationally and internationally. You will play a vital role in resolving technical issues and optimizing the deployments of HealthHub.
We will rely on you to:
* Analyze bugs reported by users via the JIRA ticketing tool and conduct necessary investigations to resolve technical issues related to new software versions.
* Track and escalate various bugs in collaboration with development teams across frontend and backend architectures, as well as on databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Elasticsearch).
* Configure the HealthHub application and ensure its correct deployment, working closely with system administrators, using containerization and orchestration tools such as Rancher on servers architected around the Azure Kubernetes system.
* Maintain and deploy new HealthHub projects in testing, pre-production, and production environments.
* Train users and assist them in using the HealthHub portal while capitalizing on expertise and best practices within a collaborative environment (Microsoft SharePoint).
