DESCRIPTION :
As a Change & Process Manager, you will primarily focus on leading transformation initiatives across all Flexcity entities while ensuring operational excellence through optimized processes. You will have a direct impact on our organizational transformation and efficiency.
You will be part of our leadership team, reporting to the CFO/CHRO, and your role is divided into:
* Lead transformation and change management initiatives (50%):
+ Define and implement the company's transformation roadmap
+ Drive change management at all organizational levels across multiple countries
+ Coordinate and engage various stakeholders (Business units, Tech, HR)
+ Measure and monitor transformation impacts and effectiveness
+ Facilitate organizational transitions and cultural shifts
+ Design and implement communication strategies for transformation initiatives
* Develop and optimize business processes (30%):
+ Develop, implement, and maintain corporate policies and procedures across all countries
+ Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations
+ Conduct regular audits and identify process improvement opportunities
+ Collaborate with IT on process automation tools implementation
+ Streamline operations to support transformation objectives
* Strategic governance and performance monitoring (20%):
+ Establish KPIs to measure transformation success, process effectiveness, and financial impact
+ Provide regular reporting to Executive Committee on transformation progress and business impact
+ Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for change initiatives
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation for transformation and process systems
+ Support budget planning and resource allocation for transformation initiatives
+ Collaborate with HR on organizational design and talent management during transformations, Purpose Contribute concretely to a greener future through process optimization and change leadership
